A great trainer - Alex is the first personal trainer that I've worked with who really takes the time to invest himself in your own goals. Many other trainers have set formulas or try to get you to do what they do themselves while they train. Neither of which really work for me and my physical fitness goals. Alex listens to what you want to achieve, factoring in where you currently are starting off and comes up with exercises and a plan of action that is made for you, your fitness level, your age, and your life style habits. It's all about Dedication and Passion - "My experience training with Alex is really what jump-started my healthier and more active lifestyle and my love of fitness. I never looked at myself as being terribly out of shape, but looking back now, at just 5'0" tall and weighing over 130 lbs, I was certainly overweight for my height. I started working out with Alex 1-2 times per week, and on days he wasn't training me, he would even provide me with workouts I could do on my own. I really liked and needed that sense of accountability. It wasn't long before I started to see changes in my body and feel stronger and more confident.
